Autodesk Memento has played an indispensable role in a number of important projects from a test phase last year. From the state of technology preview to the open download, these are a bright prospect for this reality capture software. Now the software is about to be released in the form of a commercial product and renamed ReMake.
The software provides customers with a functional and user-friendly platform. No matter how the images are captured, they can be converted or programmed through the program to provide you with a high-quality 3D printing model. Although the original goal of Autodesk ReMake was for 3D modeling in movies and games, they also made a new definition of the application of real-world processing in all walks of life.
At present, companies such as Made In Space have built 3D scanning systems for 3D printers , and used ReMake to collect data and compare 3D printed parts with ReMake generated 3D models.
Earlier, we also reported on Autodesk's ReCap360 and worked with Hydrous to create a coral reef 3D model. To improve further workflow, the software is now available as an add-on to ReMake.
Currently ReMake is the first version of Windows, and will soon be available in Mac.
