Kuraray ethylene-vinyl alcohol polymer resin is not conducive to the environment

Eval is a product developed by Kuraray, the world's largest manufacturer of copolymer EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol polymer resin). It has the highest level of air impermeability in plastics. Kuraray has 70% of the global market share for this material.

Due to its special features, eval demonstrates its contribution to the environment in the following two main application areas:

Oxygen can be widely used in the packaging of mayonnaise, ketchup and similar products because it can prevent oxygen from entering the container to cause degradation or deterioration.
Plastics are being used more and more in food packaging, making containers lighter than similar glass and canned containers. The weight reduction of the containers has reduced the burden of sales and unused food processing and has also contributed to environmental protection. It is widely used in the barrier layer of plastic fuel tanks for automobiles and other vehicles to isolate volatile components in gasoline.
In addition to preventing volatile emissions into the air, plastic fuel tanks also help car manufacturers reduce vehicle weight and contribute to energy conservation.
