In this regard, the inspection and quarantine authorities once again reminded that import and export enterprises should strengthen the study of inspection and quarantine policies and regulations to prevent false declarations caused by non-subjective intentional factors; import enterprises should enhance trade communication with foreign customers and accurately grasp the actual conditions of the goods. At the same time, it will guide customers to abide by China's laws and regulations on inspection and quarantine to avoid unnecessary losses caused by the detention, destruction, and return of goods; at the same time, the inspection and quarantine authorities will increase penalties for violations of the laws and regulations on inspection and quarantine, and incorporate punishment into corporate integrity.
