To test whether a constant temperature and humidity test box is qualified, it is necessary to measure the temperature and humidity of the test box, and the wind speed and noise measurement are optional. Temperature measuring instruments
1. The temperature measurement system composed of platinum resistance, thermocouple sensor and secondary instrument, the expanded uncertainty (k = 2) of the measurement result is not greater than 1/3 of the allowable deviation of the temperature to be checked
2. The platinum resistance sensor should comply with Class A of IEC60751, and the platinum resistance sensor should comply with GB / T16839.1.
3. The 50% response time of the sensor in the air should be between 10s-40s, and the response time of the temperature measurement system of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber should be less than 40s.
Temperature measuring instruments
Using a wet and dry bulb thermometer or a humidity measurement system composed of other humidity sensors, the expanded uncertainty (k = 2) of the measurement result is not greater than 1/3 of the allowable deviation of the detected humidity.
Wind speed measuring instrument
A variety of network speed meters are used, and its induction is not more than 0.05m / s.
Noise measuring instruments
With an A-weighted network sound level meter, the expanded uncertainty (k = 2) of the measurement result is not greater than 1dB.
Note: The climatic conditions, power conditions, water conditions and other conditions during the test of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB / T5170.1-2008. Appearance and safety requirements should comply with the provisions of Chapter 8 of GB / T5170.1-2008.
