For films that are easy to dissolve and swell with the solvent in the printing ink, the printing speed and the ink concentration can be greater. When printing on the coating layer of the coated substrate film, you should understand how the coating resin adheres to the ink.

2. Install version
Pay attention to the left and right sides of the plate when installing the plate. Do not tighten too tight when clamping the cone to prevent the copper plate roller from bursting and being too loose. It will "escape" when printing. Install the plate roller according to the printing color sequence. The printing color sequence printed here is gold and silver ink → black ink → original cyan → original yellow → original red → white ink. The opposite is true when printing: white ink → magenta ink → yellow ink → cyan ink → black ink → gold and silver ink.
3. Upper squeegee
Squeegee blades generally use thin steel sheets with a thickness between 0.15 and 0.55 mm. The angle between the squeegee and the tangent of the contact point of the printing roller is between 15 ° and 45 °, less than 15 °, the ink is not easy to scrape; greater than 45 °, the damage to the printing plate and the squeegee is relatively heavy, and the printing plate is easy The chrome layer is scratched. Squeegee pressure is not easy to be too large, too large, easy to damage the printing plate; too small. It is not easy to scrape off the ink. When the squeegee is used, you can use 280 ~ 400 mesh oil stone to grind evenly from left to right with motor oil, or use more than 800 mesh metallographic sandpaper with motor oil to remove the squeegee together with the knife holder The back clamped on the fixture evenly grinds to prevent the scraper from hurting human fingers.
The squeegee and hard blade lining overlap and are placed in the middle of the upper and lower clamping plates, and bolted together. During operation, the bolts should be tightened symmetrically from the middle to the left and right ends to prevent the blade from bending. The length of the squeegee sticking out of the hard blade lining is 10 ~ 20mm. The length of the squeegee is too long, the squeegee is soft and not easy to scrape; too short, the rigidity increases, the scraping is too large, and the blade is easily damaged. The thickness of the hard blade lining is easily 0.8 ~ 1.8mm.
4. Start printing
Intaglio rotary machines generally use an infinitely variable speed system to control the printing speed. In order to synchronize the color printing units, a main motor and a continuously variable transmission are used to drive the entire printing system with a long rotating shaft. Start the ink pump and check if the ink pump is reversed. Start the main motor when the clutch of each color printing plate is disengaged, check the speed change of the transmission, then turn on the dryer and blower, and close the clutch at low speed to register the color. Using the first color as the reference, activate the jog switch to perform the second, third, and fourth longitudinal register calibration; and then use the first color as the reference to perform the second, third, and fourth color register, horizontal The color registration of the hand wheel is used to fine-tune the alignment. After the vertical and horizontal register is aligned, the printing speed is accelerated. If there is no full-automatic computer registration device, the printing speed should not exceed 40m / min, whether it is a satellite rotary machine or a combined rotary machine. If it exceeds 40m / min, it cannot be tracked and observed by the naked eye, and it is generally controlled at 25 ~ 30m / min. Operators should pay close attention to the color registration and adjust it manually at any time. If there is a fully automatic computer registration device, the operation mode should be placed on the automatic registration. At this time, the computer can automatically track and find the deviation, and it will automatically send a correction signal to move the plate roller or substrate to realign. .
On the imported equipment, there is a heating roller. After the substrate to be printed is unwound, the substrate can be heated to about 50 ° C, and then enter the first color printing unit. The warming of the substrate is beneficial to the improvement of the adhesion of the printing ink and drying. After the ink is applied, the ink enters the dryer, and the temperature distribution of the dryer is set in the form of low-high-low, which is convenient for rapid drying. It can't go into high drying immediately after printing, so it is easy to form a film on the surface of the ink layer, the volatile drying of the solvent inside the tissue, the result is that the printed matter is not dry enough, and it is easy to stick back when stacked.
Different tension control for different printing substrates. For BOPP film, the tension control per meter width is set at 5 ~ 8kgf (49 ~ 78.4N), the printing tension of the biaxially stretched nylon film is controlled at 78.4 ~ 98N, and the printing tension of the biaxially stretched PET film Control at 98 ~ 117.6N. If it is less than 1 meter wide, multiply the ratio of its width to 1m, such as 0.7m. Then the above tension can be multiplied by 0.7. When printing a nylon film that has absorbed moisture, the ink adhesion will drop and the printing edge will overflow ink. At this time, the dryer of the first color can be opened, and then the first color plate roller is placed on the second In the color position, each color moves back one unit. The first color becomes the drying position of the nylon film. The drying temperature can be set at 80 ~ 90 ℃.
5. Work after printing
After the printing task is completed, the main motor is stopped, and the printing substrate is stopped. The platen roller is lifted, the scraper is separated from the printing plate surface, the ink pump is stopped, the remaining ink is poured out, the surface of the printing plate is cleaned until there is no residual ink, the printed substrate is removed, the dryer is turned off, and the ground is cleaned by electric heating. When the printing plate is no longer in use, remove the printing plate, set up both ends, and place it on the dedicated printing plate rack. If it will not be used for a long time, it should be packed and placed in the warehouse. A group of printing rollers should be put together to avoid confusion.
