How to wash the blanket cleaner

Cleaning blankets is an important job for printing operators. In the printing, especially when the paper quality is poor, the paper's hair loss and powder fall off are serious, and paper and other debris accumulate on the blanket, resulting in a decline in the quality of the printed matter.

In the past, we used the method of cleaning blankets to solve, but it was difficult to clean only with gasoline. It was not only a long time, but also a lot of effort. After washing, there was a thin layer of white things on the blanket because it was applied in papermaking. The glue, paper wool, and paper powder also have adhesive components. Together with the water in the dampening solution, it is printed on the blanket together with the ink after repeated printing.

After testing, it was difficult to dissolve the glue with only gasoline, so the blanket after washing with gasoline was not very clean. In this case, we took the following measures: First, we washed the ink on the blanket with gasoline, and scrubbed the glue, paper scraps, and paper hair left on the blanket, and then wiped it with a cloth with water. After a while, wait for the water to open these impurities and wipe them with a dry cloth so that the blanket is cleaned.
