It can handle containers of various diameters on the same machine and can be used to meet various power needs. The Contiroll high-speed labeler's power can reach 22500 bottles to 67500 bottles per hour and the label length is 240 mm to 600 mm. It takes about 10 minutes to switch between different types of containers. In addition to the cheaper labels, the Krones Contiroll HS high-speed labeler can also be used for fully automatic labeling of various films.
The Contiroll HS high speed labeler now offers neck traction and the traction of the container between the inlet and outlet star wheels is done entirely by conventional transfer components. Labeling empty PET bottles brings unparalleled advantages.

Clamping the star wheel ensures that the container is easily controlled and delivered safely under mechanical traction. Because it is suitable for containers of different sizes and shapes, it does not need to be replaced when adjusting specifications, and modification time can also be greatly reduced. When no container is to be labeled, if the blow molding machine fails to complete the bottling at a distance for some reason, a gap is created. In this case, conventional labeling machines still produce a label and put it into the machine, causing operational problems. The Contiform HS high-speed labeling machine can respond quickly in the range of less than 40,000 bottles per hour, so that the label will not be transmitted into the gap. The Contiroll HS has a very short dead time. At a power rate of 40,000 bottles per hour, a "gap tag" has a wait time of only 0.09 seconds.
