1. High temperature resistance
The roll paper pre-printing processing technology is to perform face paper printing first. After that, the printed products are directly loaded into the corrugated paper production line, and then processed into corrugated paperboard by compounding with backing paper and corrugated paper.
In the process of processing into corrugated cardboard, the printing process is only one step in the process, and the printed product can only be regarded as a semi-finished product, and it has to enter the next process for further processing. In the process of corrugated board production, in order to allow the adhesive in the corrugated board to dry completely, it must be dried at high temperature. At present, the drying temperature of domestic tile lines is basically above 160 ℃, and the drying temperature of some high-speed tile lines even exceeds 200 ℃. In this process, the pre-printed pattern ink color cannot be changed. Therefore, the preprinted ink must have better high temperature resistance.
2. Friction resistance
Pre-printing is nothing more than a processing procedure, and the finished product has to be tiled. In the secondary processing of the tile line, friction between the facial paper and the equipment is inevitable, and the printed pattern must not be worn out or even rubbed off. Therefore, the pre-printing technology also puts forward new requirements for the friction resistance of the ink.
Before distributing ink, the most important process is to analyze the manuscript. When analyzing color manuscripts, it is mainly to analyze the colors on the color manuscripts and the inks used. Generally, the principle that should be followed is: The three primary colors are the basic colors for all ink colors. Out of the range of the three primary colors. When analyzing color manuscripts, it is necessary to know as much as possible whether the color manuscript is mainly screen printing or field printing. If screen printing is the main method, it is necessary to focus on the consistency of the background color when setting the ink; if it is based on the field printing, it can be focused on the consistency of the surface color; if both are used, then the background color and the color of the mixing ink You have to take care of it.
After the color draft is analyzed, the color of the ink used should be analyzed, that is, for any ink, it is necessary to be good at seeing the color components. For example: for yellow ink, it is good to identify whether it has red phase or blue phase (or green phase); for magenta ink, it is good to identify whether it has yellow phase or blue phase (or purple phase); for cyan Ink should be good at distinguishing whether it has red phase or green phase (or yellow phase).
Suppose that cyan ink and yellow ink are used to mix green ink. If the cyan ink has a red phase, or the yellow ink has a red phase, the green mixed by that line will not darken, because this is actually equivalent to adding magenta ink to the cyan ink Even if there is little magenta in this part, the same amount of cyan and yellow should be mixed into black (yellow + cyan + magenta = black) according to the principle of color subtractive method.
