Brückner Introduces Composite Extrusion System for Multiple Materials

Brückner has introduced a new concept for biaxially oriented film co-extruded or non-oriented stretch film composite coextrusion lines. A single production line can simultaneously adapt to the processing of many different materials such as PP, PET, PA, PS, PET. -G, PE, PLA, PVC or other polymers. Can be used in a wide variety of film processing applications in various fields such as ultra-thin capacitance film, white film, high barrier film, low shrink film, high shrink film, multi-layer film up to seven layers, low temperature sealing film, optical or other applications PET thick film, high transparency packaging film, cigarette packaging film and so on.

With this technology, customers can purchase more than one device and enter more competitive areas for high-grade plastic films.

The previous film coextrusion compounding technology was generally developed specifically for a certain material. In actual use, Brückner found that some customers use the production line for the processing of other types of materials, and there are also possibilities for customers to consult and process other materials. Therefore, Brückner launched this new concept to better promote the development of the market.
