Printing requirements for HG-0196:
1. High-tension screen plate, mesh number and screen plate thickness are selected according to the actual situation. The number of screens is generally 80-120 meshes, the thickness of screen plate is generally 50-100 microns, and the full-automatic machine printing is 100-300. Micron.
2. Solvent-resistant urethane squeegee with a hardness of 60 or 65.
3, drying temperature 160 degrees (cloth surface temperature), according to the printing thickness and area size to choose the appropriate drying time.
General use method of HG-0196 on the manual plate:
Suitable for thick printing requiring upright edges:
The aforementioned screen plate and squeegee are used to dry the surface once and print it once. Multiple printings can achieve upright and neat edge effects.
General use method of HG-0196 on fully automatic machine:
High-tension screens and screen thicknesses that meet the requirements, the printing method is the same as the general thick printing.

Note: 1. If the drying power of the drying tunnel does not affect the fastness, the first version must be fully blown dry.
2. Due to the relatively high viscosity of HG-0196, it is necessary to fully stir before printing. The tension and distance of the screen used in printing must be adjusted accordingly.
3, dry printing tablets must be dried within two hours, otherwise it will make the printing part can not be integrated! !
