2. About the format and accuracy of the picture
Modern offset printing uses offset printing (four-color overprint), that is, the picture is divided into four colors: cyan (C), product (M), yellow (Y), black (four-color dot film, and then printed into PS version After printing four times on the offset press, it will be a colored printed product. Therefore, the printing pictures are different from the usual computer display pictures. The pictures must be converted to CMYK mode, not RGB mode or other modes. Because the output When converting pictures to dots, that is, precision: dpi, the theoretical precision of printing pictures should be at least 300dpi / pixel / inch, so the pictures you usually use cannot be based on the display. 3. About the color of the picture
Regarding some professional terms such as overprinting, overprinting, hollowing out, and spot color on printing, you can consult some related printing basic knowledge, I will not explain them one by one here. Just say some common sense that must be paid attention to. The first is the problem of hollowing out. For example, if there is a line of blue words pressed on a red bottom plate, then on the red version of the film, the position of the blue words must be empty. The same is true of the blue version. The second is overprinting. For example, if a line of black characters is pressed on a red base plate, then on the red version of the film, the position of the black characters should not be hollowed out. The second is the four-color character problem. This is also a relatively common problem. Before exporting, you must check whether the black characters in the publication file, especially the small characters, are only on the blackboard, and should not appear on other three-color versions. If this is the case, the quality of the finished product will be discounted. When RGB graphics are converted to CMYK graphics, 100% of the black text will become four-color black. It must be processed before exporting the film.
4. About the accuracy of the net when outputting
The accuracy of netting is generally called netting. The higher the accuracy of netting, the more exquisite the printed product, but it has a greater relationship with paper and ink. If you print a high-mesh picture on general newsprint (newspaper), then the picture will not only become more exquisite, but will become a mess (unbearable), so you must understand your print before output What is the printing paper, and then determine the accuracy of the net. Commonly used paper and hanging mesh accuracy: imported coated paper or stickers, etc .: 175-200 lines, imported offset paper, etc .: 150-175 lines, ordinary offset paper, etc .: 133-150 lines, newsprint: 100-120 lines, to By analogy, the worse the quality of the paper, the lower the mesh size, and vice versa.
