Send an article of "Self-calibration Method of Hard Punch Marking Machine" used by ourselves for your reference.
1 Scope
This method specifies the self-calibration method of the hard punch gauge marking machine (abbreviated as puncturing machine) used to calibrate the original gauge of the sample tensile test
2. Reference Standard
GB / T228 "Metal Material Tensile Test Method at Room Temperature"
3. Calibration method
Use a punctuation machine to point on a sample with a certain finish. Measure all points with certified measuring instruments, record the measured values, and compare with the calibrated distance to get the calibration result.
4. Calibration requirements
4.1 Calibration to measure
The measuring tool used to measure the distance between the punctuation points shall be a qualified measuring tool accurately verified by the legal verification department, and shall be accurate to 0.02mm.
4.2 Calibration cycle
Every half year.
4.3 Calibration personnel
Calibration work is carried out by mechanic technicians.
5. Calibration procedure
5.1 The puncturing machine used for puncturing and marking should be sensitive, the spring should be able to expand and contract freely, and the points should be as small as possible.
5.2 The sample used for calibration should reach a certain finish.
5.3 The points made by the puncturing machine on the sample shall have certain size requirements. The punctuation machine shall be scrapped when the diameter of the idea is greater than 1mm. The punch of the ramming machine can be re-grinded and reused, but it should be ensured that the diameter center of the punch is still at the center of the adjacent three points.
5.4 During calibration, the distance between two points should be measured from the center of one point to the center of another point. See picture below (zoom in).
5.5 Randomly measure the distance between 20 adjacent points and record the data.
5.6 Randomly measure the distance between non-adjacent points. The required regulations are as follows:
Measure the distance between the first point and 5 points apart. Then measure the distance between the second point and 5 points apart. (The second point is separated from the first point by 2 points). And so on until the whole point is finished. Record each distance.
Measure the distance between the first point and 10 points apart. Then measure the distance between the second point and the 10 points apart. (The second point is separated from the first point by 5 points). And so on until the whole point is finished. Record each distance.
Measure the distance between the first point and 15 points apart. Then measure the distance between the second point and 15 points apart. (The second point is separated from the first point by 7 points). And so on until the whole point is finished. Record each distance.
Measure the distance between the first point and 20 points apart. Then measure the distance between the second point and 20 points apart. (The second point is separated from the first point by 10 points). And so on until the whole point is finished. Record each distance.
5.7 The relative error between the measured data at any one time and the specified data shall not exceed ± 1.0%.
6. Disposal
6.1 Only the punctuation machines that have passed the check can be used.
6.2 For those whose inspection results do not meet the requirements, they should be scrapped or re-labeled to calculate the actual gauge distance based on the actual error.
