With the dissemination of Shanghai Shikumen culture, “Shanghai Laojiu” adopted a unique oval bottle type, which not only broadened the display surface of the shelves, but also formed a strong identification. In 1939 and 2001, black marks and red marks were used as the distinguishing marks. They changed the traditional mark-up methods of traditional yellow wine and formulated their own standards.
