If they are not filtered out, the ink line will increase, resulting in a lot of waste products. Filtration of ink in the production process is very important. The gravure printing lines of companies such as Komori Chempan and Bobst in France have ink canisters and filters in each printing unit. These filters are all stainless steel screens and have the same structure. In actual use, we believe these wire filters have the following disadvantages:

1. Due to the limitation of the wire diameter of the mesh, the mesh is relatively large, and fine dregs and fibers cannot be filtered. The Komori Shangbang GR650 filter is approximately 100 meshes (wire diameter 0.105mm, hole 0.158x0.158mm).

2. Due to the limitation of mesh surface strength, the amplitude of the filter wave peaks and valleys can only be about 10mm, and it cannot be large. The total area is limited. The Shangbang GR650 filter has a perimeter of about 26cm, a width of about 18.5cm, and a total area of ​​about 480cm2.

3. The steel wire mesh filter is welded to the steel ring with a spot welder. This kind of hot melt welding has already burnt out some of the steel wire and is deformed. It is easy to break at the welding point when used, and some time is not long and the mesh surface is separated from the steel rings at both ends. Now.

4. When cleaning the filter, use a long brush to brush the uneven surface, which is troublesome and difficult to clean.

5. All ink filter nets have the same density, which is unreasonable. Different filters with different densities should be used according to gold ink, varnish, and general color ink.

6. At present, it is difficult to buy stainless steel strainers with the same wire diameter and mesh number as the imported ones for maintenance, and it is difficult to match the damage.

7. Due to the overall softness of the filter, it can not bear the axial pressure, and the end of the filter can not be added with springs, so the two ends are not sealed tightly and the filtering efficiency is reduced.

In view of the above, we have improved the filter of the Komori Shangbang GR650, designed and produced a double-cage nylon filter with Chinese characteristics, as follows:

1. Structure: Use φ3mm stainless steel wire and the same steel wire as the original to make two cage frames inside and outside the sleeve. The external dimensions are the same as the original stainless steel wire mesh frame, and the peak amplitude is increased to 15mm. Another circumference 40cm. The cylindrical nylon filter with a width of 24cm has a density as required. In addition, a stainless steel spring with a diameter of φ3mm, a diameter of φ50mm, a height of 40mm, an effective number of turns of 3 was used, and a trident rib was welded.

2. Assembly: first insert the nylon filter into the outer cage frame, insert the inner cage frame into the nylon net, finish the stretching, turn the part of both ends of the nylon net out of the outer cage frame, and put on the original end cap. Put the assembled filter assembly into the ink canister and press it with a spring.

3. Features:

1 The inner and outer cages and springs are very strong, and they are almost never bad under normal use.

2Nylon mesh material is easy to buy, easy to do, low cost, strong and durable.

3 When the nylon net is removed during cleaning, it can be washed inside and out, which is very convenient.

4 The width of the filter is constant, the perimeter is increased by l4cm, and the effective area reaches 740cm2, about 1.5 times the original.

5 The nylon mesh density can be 160 meshes (diameter 0.0632mm, hole 0.089mm×0.089mm or more, and the mesh is very small, which can effectively filter out the clots, garbage, and paper fibers in the ink, reduce ink lines, and improve the yield.

6 Because of the high strength of the cage frame, the upper end cover is pressed by a spring, the seal is tight, and the filtering effect is enhanced.
