According to Ryson, the spiral conveyors suitable for the transfer of containers such as large-flow bottles, tanks and jars can smoothly and continuously convey the above containers up and down through the conveyor belt, and the spiral design has a smaller footprint than common conveyor design methods. The device requires only one drive motor, and most of the spiral belts are shipped to the factory in the form of a sheet. Since the pre-assembly and pre-testing have also been performed before, the installation time and cost are reduced accordingly. Conveyor belts can be transported simply by being fastened to wood strips of 8 or 12 inches wide, and Ryson can supply paint or stainless steel equipment.
