Sanhe Ink Series Product Characteristics Analysis (2)

——SWM-PVC screen printing ink

Application Description SWM PVC screen printing ink is suitable for PVC adhesive tape, rubber rubber and various rubber products, such as inflatable toys, table mats, handbags, purses, shoes and various container cans.

Product Specifications 1, Viscosity (25 degrees) 200-300P
2, fineness: 10u below.
3, the main solvent: ketone solvents.
4, diluted solvent: dry, slow dry, special slow, dry.
5, ink: dilution solvent = 1: 0.4 - 0.6

Features 1, good gloss, high color density, colorful.
2, large transparency, good color effect.
3, excellent print job.

Instructions for use and precautions 1. Suitable for screen printing over 200 meshes. The lower the mesh, the lower the viscosity of the ink.
2. For screen printing with more than 200 meshes, the thicker the ink, the longer the drying time. 3. For the softer and more transparent or glossy PVC tapes, pay more attention to complete drying, so as not to overlap each other.
4. When printing fine patterns, slow-drying thinners should be used, and attention should be paid to lengthening the drying time.
5. For toy products, care must be taken to use products with a controlled metal content.

——STQ-E series polyester ink

Introduction The STQ-E Series is a medium-gloss, solvent-based ink for the printing of untreated and treated polyester films PET, polycarbonate PC and PVC PVC films. These printed films can be used in the membrane switch or nameplate industry.
STQ-E ink provides excellent adhesion, softness, abrasion resistance and surface hardness, suitable for convex molding. It is resistant to the adhesiveness test of cellophane tape and is resistant to solvents, oil, alcohol, gasoline and other chemicals. STQ-E ink is suitable for semi-automatic or fully automatic high-speed printing.
All STQ-E inks, whether transparent or hue (opaque) hue, are produced from pigments that are free of lead and other heavy metals, and pass the SGS test standard.

Applications Membrane switches, nameplates and panels for the electronics sector.

Matrix (substrate)
Untreated and/or treated polyester PET, polycarbonate PC and polyvinyl chloride PVC films.

Mesh meshes In order to achieve maximum color intensity (ie, brightness), it is preferable to use a 100-120T (250-300 mesh) polyester monofilament. For fine detail printing, a 120-140T (300-360 mesh) polyester monofilament is preferred.

Sensitive emulsions All types of oily photosensitive emulsions are suitable (including capillary film).

Ink thinners use STQ-E series inks and should be matched with special solvents to make printed patterns clear and vivid (especially for fine details). Depending on the ambient temperature and printing conditions, 15-20% of STQ-E-425 Thinner or STQ-E-426 Slow Drying Thinner can be used. Diluent and ink must be mixed evenly.

The blade uses a polyurethane blade with Shore hardness 70-85. The higher the hardness, the better the effect on the printing of fine details or fine lines.

Ink coverage using 120T (300 mesh) mesh, 70-85 square meters per kilogram of ink

Drying and drying are especially important for thoroughly drying the prints and eliminating residual solvents. STQ-E series inks require 30-60 seconds for air drying at 55-65 degrees, and 10-20 minutes for air drying (air drying).

Ink test must be performed before ink test printing:
1. Within 24 hours after the test, it is necessary to test whether the ink is suitable.
2. If the product requires overprinting (such as multi-color overprinting), the ink compatibility with the ink on the substrate should be tested.

Packaging ink 1kg, 4kg, 20kg
Thinner 3kg, 6kg
