Qinchuan Development will launch SCJC230×2 double plastic hollow machine

Shaanxi Qinchuan Machinery Development Co., Ltd. Qinchuan Plastic Machinery Factory (referred to as Qinchuan Development) is developing a new SCJC230×2 double-layer plastic blow molding machine new product that will be available in the second half of 2005.

The SCJC230×2 hollow machine uses two 75-kilowatt (KW), Φ90/30 high-efficiency extruders placed in parallel. The storage head adopts double-layer spiral flow channel and the structure of feeding on both sides. The machine is not only equipped with an axial parison wall thickness control system, it is also the first domestic company equipped with a radial wall thickness control system. The electrical control system uses a high-performance PLC to control the operation sequence, using a touch-type display for screen display and parameter modification. Hydraulic system uses proportional servo control technology.
