Qin Hua launched eight-color paper gravure cross cutting machine

At the Shanghai International Printing, Packaging and Paper Industry Exhibition held recently, Xi'an Qinhua Machinery Co., Ltd. launched the first domestic QHZ-8800 gravure printing machine crosscutting machine.
It is reported that this equipment is Xi'an Qinhua Company's introduction of advanced technologies developed by Japanese, Italian, French and other countries' manufacturers to develop and design paper printing machine cross cutting equipment. It is suitable for single and double offset papers, aluminized papers, coated papers and tipping papers of 60g/m2-400g/m2. The process flow is: unwinding → printing → cutting → whole sheet palletizing → changing without stopping the continuous operation. It is the ideal equipment for printing cigarettes, wine labels, various kinds of packing boxes, and all kinds of water-cut paper and wall paper. The most prominent feature of the QHZ-8800 gravure printing machine cross-cutting machine is: double roll-up station equipped with automatic roll diameter detection alarm device. The printing department can print front-side prints with eight colors or less (including eight colors), and print one-color prints with seven colors or less (including seven colors) on one side. At present, the first QHZ-8800 gravure printing machine crosscutting machine has been successfully installed and debugged in Guangdong Zhanjiang Cigarette Material Factory in April this year.
