Precautions for the use of Kyushu space analysis conductivity meter

Recently, there are many problems with customers in the use of conductivity meters. The precautions for the use of conductivity meters are listed below:

1 To ensure the measurement accuracy, the electrode should be rinsed twice with distilled water (or deionized water) less than 0.5μS/cm before use. The platinum black electrode should be immersed in distilled water for a while after being used for a while, and then tested. Rinse three times to measure.

2 The conductivity electrode connector is absolutely protected from moisture and prevents unnecessary measurement errors.

3 Conductivity electrodes should be periodically calibrated.

4 The measuring electrode is a precision component, it can't be decomposed, the shape and size of the electrode can't be changed, and it can't be cleaned with strong acid or alkali, so as not to change the electrode constant and affect the accuracy of the meter measurement.

5 The instrument should be placed in a dry environment to avoid leakage or measurement errors caused by water droplets splashing or damp.

6 In order to avoid the drift of the measured value when measuring pure water or ultrapure water, it is recommended to use a sealing groove for the flow measurement in the sealed state. If the beaker sampling measurement is used, a large error will occur.
