Powder spraying deposition in offset printing and its solution

Phenomenon: powder spray deposits on the blanket, causing severe discoloration. In some cases, dusting will be transferred to the printing plate, causing dampening and paste / dirty problems.

Reasons and measures:

The reason for this phenomenon is that too much dusting was used in the previous printing.

Can be solved with three measures:

1. Printing with pressed powder without dampening;

2. Overprint with ink and oil when necessary;

3. Remove the powder from the paper.
