The advantages of the four-color offset press have been widely recognized, but due to the increase in color groups and various auxiliary devices, higher requirements have been placed on the maintenance of the equipment. Take the Heidelberg four-color sheet-fed offset press as an example. There are hundreds of oil-filled offset presses. There are hundreds of small motors for adjustment. There are powder spraying devices, infrared drying devices, automatic cleaning roller devices, and dampening mixing. Devices, etc., whose maintenance work is more complicated. How to do a good job of maintenance and give full play to the benefits of equipment is really not easy. A set of circular maintenance methods is now introduced to everyone for reference.

First, under the premise of normal day maintenance, according to the structural characteristics of the four color groups of equipment, the contents of monthly maintenance and half-year maintenance are decomposed to each week. First, a printing unit is maintained every week, including the following: (1) All the ink rollers of the unit, focusing on checking whether the rubber roller is calcified, whether the bearings are short of oil, and whether the pressure of each roller needs to be adjusted; (2) Cleaning the The unit's drum row refuels the open ball; (3) cleans the unit's drum cleaning unit; (4) removes ink deposits from other parts of the unit.

Second, because the paper-feeding part is easy to accumulate paper dust, the paper-receiving part is easy to accumulate dust, and it needs maintenance every week. The method is to use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust, give the oil eye oil, in addition, the key parts (such as rotary valve, etc.) inspection is essential.

Third, it is the maintenance of peripheral equipment, including electrical cabinets, air pump assembly cabinets, dampening fluid mixing cabinets, air compressor cabinets, etc. One of them is maintained every week. The focus is on removing dust and cleaning the filter.

Within one month, the major parts of the machine can be maintained at least once. About half a year after normal operation of the machine, arrange another 1 to 2 working days. Add oil to all the grease on the tooth row. Check if the main engine needs to be replaced or replenished with oil. Check the maintenance manual for any missing items. In short, only by doing a good job of the above work can we do a good job in the maintenance of a four-color offset press.

It should be noted that maintenance can not be in the form, even if the content is listed more, after one or two actual operations, the rational division of labor, with tacit understanding, usually only 4 to 5 hours to complete. In practical work, there are two points that require special attention: First, the specification of operation, various copolymerizations, and selection of cleaning agents should be appropriate. Neither the sharp tools can be used to remove the rollers or the rubber rollers, nor can they use reducing agents, banana water, etc. Cots or machine paint, maintenance of electrical cabinets must have the cooperation of electrical engineers. Second, we must make a detailed record, including the main parts of maintenance, maintenance methods, hidden dangers, and maintenance programs. This will prevent omissions and allow each team to learn from each other and learn from each other. Work that cannot be completed this week under special circumstances is scheduled in the next week's maintenance schedule to ensure that the areas to be maintained are implemented one by one.
