1. The adhesion fastness is not high, the carton is degummed.

(1) The viscosity of the adhesive is insufficient or the amount of glue applied is insufficient.
(2) The adhesive and carton material do not match.
(3) The adhesive part of the carton undergoes surface processing such as coating and glazing. It is difficult for the adhesive to penetrate the surface layer and penetrate into the paper, making it difficult for the carton to stick.
(4) After folding and applying glue, the pressure is not enough, and the pressing time is not long enough, which is not conducive to strong adhesion.
For the above-mentioned problem of unsound paste boxes caused by adhesives, you should choose an adhesive that is compatible with the carton material, and the selection and use of adhesives are also very particular.
First of all, we cannot mistakenly believe that the higher the viscosity of the adhesive, the better the paste box effect. The higher the viscosity, the higher the adhesive strength, and the wrinkle rate will also increase. In the case where the glue roller of the automatic paste box machine runs at a high speed of 112 revolutions per minute, the recommended viscosity of the adhesive is 500 cps to 1000 cps.
Secondly, the adhesive strength is stronger. Because the instantaneous pressure of the molding section of the automatic box paster is not very large, and during the high-speed operation of producing 30 to 40 cartons per minute, the pressure is not long, and the adhesive with strong adhesion itself, even lightly Applying pressure can also bond the carton firmly.
In addition, the ambient temperature of the paste box workshop will also have a certain impact on the adhesive. If the temperature in the paste box workshop is too low, the adhesive will solidify immediately, affecting the adhesion fastness, even if the amount of glue is too large, it will not work. Of course, the smaller the amount of glue, the more sensitive it is to room temperature, so in winter, the temperature of the paste box workshop should be kept above 20 ℃, and if possible, install an air conditioner to adjust it. In the paste box workshop, a large and easy-to-see thermometer is also installed to check and control the working environment at any time. For pasted products, they should be dried at room temperature before leaving the factory. In winter, do not rush to deliver them before drying.
There are 4 ways to solve the problem of gluing the carton that has been coated and coated.
First, place a needle knife at the adhesive mouth during die cutting to pierce the surface of the adhesive mouth to facilitate the penetration of the adhesive.
Second, the surface layer of the adhesive mouth is broken with the edging device attached to the automatic paste box machine to facilitate the penetration of the adhesive.
Third, the hot melt adhesive is sprayed to the sticky mouth part, and the material on the surface of the sticky mouth is melted by high temperature to improve the fastness of the paste box.
Fourth, when the box-shaped design is performed before printing, a glue-coated part can be left in advance at the edge of the box sheet to be coated and glazed.
For the phenomenon that the glue box is not strong due to insufficient pressure, you can increase the pressure of the crimping part of the glue box machine, extend the crimping time, or replace the adhesive with strong adhesion.
2. Deformed paper box
There are three main reasons for the deformation of the carton.
(1) Some die-cutting plates are made by hand, often because of the inaccurate precision, the size of the carton is inconsistent, and the carton is deformed during gluing.
(2) The concentration of the adhesive is low, and the water content is large, which causes the paperboard to absorb moisture and deform, and the carton is not flat after molding.
(3) The folder gluer itself is not adjusted properly.
To solve this problem, as long as the quality of the die-cutting is stable, an adhesive with a suitable concentration is selected, and the box-gluer is adjusted well.
3. The sticky mouth of the carton is skewed
There are three main reasons for the skew of the carton stick:
(1) The indentation groove of the indentation line is too wide, and the indentation pressure is not enough, so that the indentation line is not full, and it cannot be accurately folded according to the indentation line when folding.
(2) Improper adjustment of the folding transmission, the conveying speed of the left and right sides of the box disc is inconsistent, causing the sticking mouth to skew.
(3) The folding rod is not installed properly.
Solution: reduce the width of the indentation line of the indentation line and increase the indentation pressure; adjust the folding transmission to make the conveying speed of the left and right sides of the carton consistent; reinstall the folding rod.
4. Sticky mouth is not aligned correctly
The misalignment of sticky mouth means that the sticky mouth is misaligned, and the misaligned carton cannot be well formed. This phenomenon is usually caused by the inaccurate adjustment of the machine. Further, it is mainly due to the insufficient knowledge of the operator on the box type and the paste box machine, which affects its operation level. 5. Sticky mouth overflow glue
Spilled glue refers to excess glue flowing out of the sticky mouth. This phenomenon is mainly caused by misalignment of adhesive mouth and excessive dosage of adhesive. By polishing the sticky mouth and reducing the amount of glue can effectively reduce the occurrence of glue overflow.
