FIT boldly changed the traditional practices of the same formulation of common replenisher and developer, and revolutionized the replenisher solution, eventually finding an effective solution: use DV-F as developer and DV-FR as replenisher. Experiments have shown that this solution can effectively improve the fatigue of the developer, improve the stability and reliability of the development process, and help to obtain a consistent plate-making effect. Experiments have shown that after replacing the developer solution, 2500 to 3000 square meters of plate material can be continuously developed, which greatly reduces the cost of using CTP.
High-resistance force
Due to the outstanding chemical resistance and abrasion resistance of the sensitized coating, the FIT's operating tolerance is extremely high and it is easy to obtain high resistance to printing. It can print up to 250,000 impressions when it is not baked, up to 1 million impressions when it is baked, and apply to UV inks after baking.
