DuPont launches new high-performance 3D printing materials

In a recent meeting of the Additives Manufacturing Users Group in Chicago, DuPont Performance Materials introduced three new materials including DuPontHytrel thermoplastic elastomer, DuPontZytel nylon, and DuPontSurlyn ionomer. This is a new 3D printed material based on existing polymers.

Now, three plastic materials have been applied to 3D printers to provide users with high performance and reliable 3D printed filaments. Dupont Performance Materials stated that with its new filament, users will be able to enjoy all the advantages of 3D printing, including greater design freedom, lighter weight, and reduced product development cycles.

Rahul Kasat, head of business development at the company, will give a speech today on new high-performance 3D printing materials, and more details about the materials will be announced. Now, Kasat is excited about the new product.
