The use of various methods of book block core books is called a book. Commonly used methods are: wire booking, cable booking, wireless glue binding three.

The wire stapler is performed on a wire stapler, and there are two kinds of manual wire locks and lock wire lockers.

The wire stapler has a simple structure. The wire disc is on the top of the machine. The wire is fed from the feed wheel and the guide wire hole. ● 1. Encapsulation

After the book block is processed, the cover will become the woolen version of the paperback book.

There are two types of bag cover, manual bag cover and mechanical bag cover. The manual bag cover is the process of folding the cover, brushing and pasting, covering the cover, including equality.

The machine cover uses a book covering machine, a long wrapper, and a disk wrapper.

The operation process of the cover machine is to put the back of the book block down into the machine book. As the machine rotates, the book block passes over the glue tank, and the round glue sticks glue in the groove to coat the glue on the spine and the book. The first and last pages of the core rest on the edge of the spine. The glued book block continued to rotate with the machine and came to the cover of the bag. The top sheet of the cover was glued to the spine, and then it was turned to the pressurized area. After the pressure was applied, the book fell by itself. Collect the stacks and place them in a baking machine to pressurize and fry them to ensure that the spine is flat.

The cover of the paperback book should be packed with the backbone of the book. The spine joints should be firmly bonded and must not be blistered, dragged or arched. The text on the spine should not be skewed on one side, and the cover should be clean and complete, and should not be stained or damaged. Corners and wrinkles.

● 2. Cut books

After the book on the cover is dried, it is trimmed on three sides to become light. Light books become available for reading. The book was cut by a cutting machine. The cutting machine had two types of one-sided cutters and three-knife trimmers. Three-side cutters are used exclusively for cutting off various books and magazines. There are three steel knives on the three-sided cutters. The position between them can be adjusted according to the size of the book. In operation, as long as the coupler is pressed, the cuts of the book, the three edges of the sky and the feet of the foot are all cut into light edges.

After the books have been chopped, they must carry out an inspection to prevent defects that may occur in the folded corners, white pages, and stains of finished books and magazines, and to prevent the dismantling of books and magazines that do not meet quality requirements.

The above is the binding process of the paperback book. Manual or stand-alone operations are used. In order to speed up the binding speed, improve the quality, and avoid the accumulation of semi-finished products between preparations, a linkage book is adopted.

The horse-riding linkage stapler automatically completes five consecutive processes, such as cover posts, cover folds and take-ups, staples, three-sided cuts, and stacking counts, and its output is shown in Figure 8-23.

The bookbinding binding motives of paperback books are mostly wireless glue bindings.
