Fan Wei: I am not very clear about the specific activities. I can look at the introduction of the store. But in the past 17 years, we must first thank our consumers in Beijing. Because you have always loved and supported Ai Ruisi, you have today's love Iris, so that we can grow and let us grow.

Reporter: Just now we have seen many old customers, then we love Iris's development for more than ten years. It should be said that these old customers are inseparable. You think that we have attracted so many customers for so many years, the most important What is the factor?

Fan Wei: Because Ai Ruisi has always been the brand first, quality first, design first, we have always done our job well. For many years, Ayres has seen a small brand that is not particularly well-known. At the beginning, basically all the home stores in Beijing have the brand of Ai Ruisi, but for so many years we have been paying close attention to the needs of consumers, paying attention to the changes in the market, and the essence of our service to customer first. Our old customers are especially special, many of them are old friends with new friends to buy our products, first of all I think we can do the best.

Reporter: We can attract so many old customers, and old customers bring a lot of new customers. We affirm that our products are unique. I also see that our products are very fashionable. What is the brand planning of our products?

Fan Wei: Everyone is talking about the market this year is not very good, but Ai Ruisi has done a particularly important job this year, that is, Ai Ruisi is doing the whole brand planning. Ai Ruisi started from a brand, that is, Cloth sofa, there are now four shops in the east, fabric sofas, leather sofas, leather beds, fabric beds, and a high-end luxury furniture brand Field also appeared here. Therefore, Ayres is an original design from Italy. This is our philosophy. We have been combining with Italian designers and strong designers.

Reporter: I also know that you participated in this year's Milan Furniture Design Exhibition. Looking at foreign furniture design, what do you think is the gap with China's design, or is there any place that Ai Ruisi can learn from abroad?

Fan Wei: Ai Ruisi has always been our way of fashion, European fashion is in China, which is what we have been advocating. Milan is a furniture design capital, fashion capital, we will go to see this every year. The exhibition, now as a brand, does not mean to focus on one point, because a brand is our whole, product design, product quality, and your brand positioning, the expressiveness of your products, the performance of the environment. Both are included. Therefore, we still have to look at the stage of the brand of Ai Ruisi. We use what kind of overall image to let consumers accept, and there is another one. I think it is more focused on the current lifestyle.

Moderator: We should say that the market is relatively cold this year. How has the performance of Ai Ruisi in the market this year, has it achieved the effect you expected?

Fan Wei: This year everyone is talking about the market is very difficult to do, but Ai Ruisi has been actively responding to this market. We have already done several activities since the beginning of this year, and each event is very good, I think it is A change in thought cannot be done in the original way, thinking about things.

Reporter: What is our general development plan for this year? It has been half a year since this year. So, are there any actions in brand development?

Fan Wei: Ai Ruisi launched an Amarti bed this year. This year, it plans to open 100 stores. At this year's show, we have signed the agency rights of 70 to 80 stores, and now we are opening stores. Ai Ruisi's fabric sofas and fabric soft beds because our storefronts are basically covered by first- and second-tier cities, and now we have made some minor adjustments, some agents have weaker management capabilities, or we have requirements for some agents. They do not meet our requirements, we may be able to eliminate them, we will find some more powerful, creative agents, or their ideas can not keep up, we are looking for some agents with ideas Do some partial updates and adjustments to get the team of our entire agent.

Reporter: Are there any more stringent requirements for a screening and selection of agents this year?

Fan Wei: Yes, I don't think I'm eager to open a store. We have to look at his business philosophy, the brand's philosophy, and the ability to operate the market. Fan Wei: I think it is another market. We divide the market and respond. First of all, we must support the government's work. This is the social responsibility of the company.
