RotoCheck Full Bottle Inspection

RotoCheck is Krones's newly developed full-cycle inspection machine. This detector can identify organic foreign matter near the bottom of the bottle and even fragments of only 0.5 mm in length, and separate and discharge the unqualified bottles. The RotoCheck detector is designed for a power of 12,000 to 72,000 bottles per hour. Unqualified bottles will be separated and discharged directly in the machine. Therefore, RotoCheck is the most efficient full-bottle detection machine in the beverage industry.
