Recently, Shaanxi Qinchuan Machinery Development Co., Ltd. Qinchuan Plastic Machinery Factory developed the SCJ30×II double-station plastic hollow molding machine, which fills a gap in China's large-format double-station plastic hollow molding machine, making the domestic plastic hollow. The machine manufacturing level has taken another step forward.
The machine adopts the principle of “squeezing and blowing”, and the accumulator head adopts 64-point electro-hydraulic servo system to realize the parison wall thickness control of products. Its extruder and controllable head runners are designed using international advanced computer plastic analysis software, with high extrusion efficiency, good plasticization quality and fast color change. When the machine is in operation, the clamping units of the two stations alternately operate without interruption. Within one minute, one product can be processed, and the production efficiency is increased by one time compared to the hollow unit of the unit station.
The machine is suitable for processing hollow products with ordinary blow molding grade polyethylene and high molecular weight polyethylene as raw materials. The maximum specification is 30 liters, and its quality can meet the technical requirements for export packaging of dangerous goods in the "National Maritime Dangerous Goods Transportation Regulations".
