New filling machine launched in Langfang

The new punching, filling, and capping machine developed and produced by Hebei Langfang Packaging Equipment Manufacturing Corporation combined with South Korea's advanced technology can be used for the hot filling of juices and tea beverages as well as for the filling of gas-filled beverages. It is the first domestic filling equipment that contains gas and beverages.
It is understood that the aircraft production capacity of 20,000 bottles / hour, the main body structure of the device using split stitching, easy to transport, install and adjust. The use of advanced atomizing nozzles in the rinsing bottle nozzle enables the disinfecting and cleaning of various parts of the inner wall of the bottle. In the rinsing process, it is equipped with a reasonable external rinsing device, which can effectively clean the inside and outside of the bottle. The cleaning is divided into two parts: jetting disinfectant and pure water to ensure the requirements for the disinfection and purification of empty bottles. At the same time, it is equipped with ultraviolet germicidal and dustproof devices, thus ensuring the cover and dust. The whole machine adopts the whole process of bottle and bottle mouth conveying, which is more suitable for bottle shape change and adjustment.
