All the Sofa with knock down packing ,before packing,our QC will assemble the Sofa to check the quality and confirm ok will been packed ,the Sofa with the pear cotton protection  and packed with instruction manuel in in the good quality carton boxes ,carton boxes outside will strong packing with tape to  avoid  the damage during long  time transporation and several time loading and un-loading.


5.Logistics Process: 
You can have your own shipping agent to arrange shipment for you or we can help you to arrange the shipment. Our transport workers are professional. They will keep the goods smooth and steady.And we will also double check the quantity again to avoid some missing parts.

6.Free Charge Service we can do for you : 
1.We can  send the invitation for you to get visa  come to China  visit our factory . 
2.We can send our factory production authority letter for you to get the furniture tender .

1.How many colors for selection ? 
More than 20 colors. We will provide you the color card , pls choose your favorite from it.

2.How long is our Production leading time?
within 15-20 days upon receive deposit in normal season, and 25-30days in our busy time(September,October and before Chinese New Year holiday.).

3.What is the Payment term?
T/T or L/C at sight. 30% Deposit for start the production ,the balance before the shipment when goods are ready

4.What support you will have to assemble this furniture?
Inside each packing of the office furniture products ,we have put the exactly instruction book ,you can assemble the office furniture very easy .

5.What kind of documents we will provide to you?
B/L,Commercial Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Original. with these documents you or your borker can do the customs declaration at your side.
 
6.During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
During shipping,our shipping angancy will try to ensure the safety of the goods.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.

7.If there are any missing parts in our shipment, how long it takes for you to send?
 If there is some small missing components,we will DHL  to you ASAP within one week.
