Second, in response to the rapid development of foreign micro-corrugated cardboard and the actual needs of China, machinery parts manufacturing companies need to increase the development and production of fine corrugating roller, machinery manufacturers should improve the corresponding box-making machinery to promote China's carton factory Development of miniature corrugated boxes.
Third, mechanical parts and components should be used for general and professional cooperation in production, one can avoid due to commonality, poor interchangeability to bring unnecessary trouble to the paper packaging production plant repair, and second, reduce the cost of the whole machine production plant, reduce the improvement Capital investment required for parts quality.
4. Carton printing has grown from monochromatic printing to multi-color printing, and multi-color printing in China's carton enterprises is still in its infancy, although in general, due to the constraints of sheet quality, printing plates, plate making technology, printing machinery, etc. There are few printable cartons, but this is a development trend. It must be noted that the development of flexo printing is a way to reduce the cost of carton production. Although carton flexo printing has just started in China, it should be clearly aware of its potential vitality. It is necessary to continuously summarize and improve the experience of the exchange of cardboard surface quality, anilox rollers, flexographic printing plates and plate making technology, printing operation technology, water-based ink quality, etc., and overcome difficulties through practice.
