Another possibility is that the stress on both sides of the base paper is unbalanced. One side is large and one side is small. It may also be due to the mechanical cause of the corrugating roller.

The solution is: install a tension measurement and control device, display the tension on both sides of the base paper, let the operator observe how much tension does not appear blisters, operation, adjust the tension of the base paper to the size of the bubble does not appear, and then by the tension The control device is automatically controlled within the tension range where no blisters are present (constant tension control).
