1, installation requirements

If the humidity in the room is high and the temperature is high, it will have a great influence on the stability of the control circuit of the printing machine. As the humidity increases, the service life of the integrated circuit and the reliability of the working circuit will be reduced, thus causing the printing machine. The incidence of failures increases; at the same time, it adversely affects mechanical parts and accelerates the rate of mechanical wear.
3, electrical maintenance and maintenance
Photoelectric sensors should always be wiped with absorbent cotton and alcohol to help them work reliably. Pay special attention to places where rats are suffering. Rats especially like the smell of polyethylene-synthesized wire insulation, love to make nests and bite wires. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly guard against it and check it frequently to reduce unnecessary losses and hidden dangers.
4, glass maintenance
The glass finish, flatness and transparency of the plate-printing machine are different from ordinary civilian glass, and there should be no scratches or bubbles on the top. During use, it is not possible to place debris on it to avoid scratching the glass. Wipe the glass with a cotton-soaked cotton wool or a lint-free cotton cloth to maximize its service life.
5, blanket maintenance
The blanket is one of the main sealing systems of the printing machine, and its performance directly affects the quality of the printing plate. When you usually put the PS version on the top, you should take it lightly, so as to avoid scratching the edge of the PS plate and affecting the pumping effect.
