Since the introduction and production of galvanized aluminum, it has been widely used in the country soon. It has replaced metal foil and other expensive materials (such as red gold, silver, etc.), and it is economical. The number of decorative hot stampings made in China using electro-aluminum foil is innumerable, especially in the packaging. Since the end of 1965, various volumes of books and periodicals have been produced. The vast majority of gold graphics and texts are made of hot stamped aluminum. This material has been well received by users.

(4) Selection of galvanized aluminum foil. Reasonable use of electrified aluminum foil is one of the important factors for hot stamping the cover of books and magazines. Nowadays, there are many types of electro-aluminum foil at home and abroad, with different performance and quality. Therefore, there are two points to note when choosing:

The first is not to superstition abroad. There are many types of electro-aluminums imported today, and their quality is generally good. However, due to the different types of electro-aluminum, they may not be applicable to the processed stamped materials. The second choice of galvanized aluminum foil should be carried out according to the specific conditions of the texture of the material to be ironed in order to achieve the goal of being both hot and hot and cost-effective.

The following describes the use and use of several kinds of electrochemical foil at home and abroad for reference.

1 Introduction of several foreign metal foils. Foreign metal foils are available in aluminum, chrome or nickel-plated chromium. There are also drawing metal foils, that is, first drawing on the polyester film, and then there are several kinds of galvanized aluminum foils to be made into the hot stamping, as listed in Table 2-4.
