For cartons with high burst strength requirements, domestic or imported high-strength cattle cards should be used. For example, replacing domestically produced 270q/m2 bull card (AAA grade) with 200g/m2 Liberian high-strength bull card (AAA grade), the burst strength is comparable, the price is about RMB600/ton more expensive than the latter, but it can save 0.13 RMB/sq.m; using 250g/m2 dragon dragon calorie instead of the same quantity U.S. "Huihao" cattle card, can save 0.20 yuan/sq.m; use 186g/m2 Canada "Maple Leaf" bull card instead of domestic 300Q/m2 cattle Card (excellent product) can save more costs. For cartons with higher side-strength requirements, high-strength corrugated paper should be selected as a substitute for high-strength, general-strength corrugated paper. For example, a 110g/m2AA grade corrugated paper (ring pressure index 8.5 N xm/g) should be used instead of 170 g/m2C grade corrugated paper (ring pressure index). 5.5N X m/g), the former 3,000 yuan/ton, the latter 2200 yuan/ton, saving 0.04 yuan/m2. The carton requiring high strength is required to be punctured. For example, the Siemens refrigerator carton requires a puncture strength of not less than 11.0 J (joules), and the facial paper has been prepared with Shandong Chenye C and other virgin linerboard paper. In order to meet the requirements, it is necessary not only to pay attention to the burst strength of the board, but also to the weight of the board and the compressive strength and the ring pressure strength of the corrugated board.

For those cartons that do not have specific requirements, the low-grade, low-quantity base paper should be used as much as possible in combination with the performance of the tile. In order to ensure the quality of the carton, to prevent blistering and ribs on the surface of the tissue paper, and to cause pockmarks on the surface of the paper, to prevent the corrugated paper from being easily broken and the corrugation deflection and the collapse of the corrugated board affect the thickness and strength of the corrugated cardboard, and to extend the tile line. Lifetime, it should be noted: For low-speed tile line, the economic speed is between 50m/min and 60m/min, the paperboard weight should not be lower than 175g/m2, the corrugated paper grade above C, etc., the quantitative should not be lower than 110g/m2; for high speed Tile line, the economic speed is between 150m/min and 160m/min, the paperboard weight should not be less than 150g/m2, the corrugated paper grade should be above 8 and so on. The quantitative quantity should be determined according to different types of gills. Type A gills should not be lower than 110g/m2. .

During the purchase process, we must avoid taking two extremes. One is to base the price of raw paper on the choice of high and low prices, not to seek quality for low prices, and the surface looks to be affordable, in fact, greatly increasing the loss of raw paper in the production process, reducing The quality of the carton wastes resources and even damages the image and reputation of the company. The real gain is not worth the candle; the other is unrealistic. The better the quality, the better the quality, and the waste of resources. It may bring the company into a blind alley. We should consider both the overall price and the quality in an integrated manner, and use “the right one is the best” as a measure.

Should be combined with the supplier's production capacity, delivery time, paper machine width, the type of paper and other comprehensive consideration. For example, if the width of a paper machine is 4 meters wide, then we will match the 2200mm and 1800mm two-size base papers to the supplier's production. For him, it is easy to arrange production and reduce costs. For us, it's easy to get benefits in price.

In the procurement process of the base paper, a purchase and sales contract shall be entered into with the supplier, and the delivery time, place, quantity, quality level and other items shall be determined, and the treatment methods for breach of contract shall be jointly agreed upon. If a supplier has two consecutive serious paper quality problems (intensity is not up to standard, excessive moisture, large amount of quantitative input or inconsistent specifications, etc.), it should be removed from the list of qualified suppliers.

Pay attention to buying paper from a regular paper mill as far as possible, develop a stable base paper supplier, cultivate loyalty, and achieve a win-win situation for both parties.

Can not ignore the important factor of the supplier's distance. The farther the suppliers are from us and the higher the transportation costs, the less benefits we receive. If the supplier is far away from us and the price is relatively cheap, then it is safe to say that the quality of the original paper is difficult to guarantee.

Attention should be given to potential suppliers of paper from the carton plant to the places where cartons are required and nearby. If the carton factory can go full cartons away, the original paper full load, no doubt save costs. .

According to the carton factory's stock of raw paper, we must also refer to the market conditions of the base paper, budget paper prices in the future, and seize the favorable opportunity to purchase.
