[Reporter]: Mr. Shen is also the third consecutive year to participate in our Golden Church Awards. What is your personal feeling?

[Shen Lidong]: I have already spoken about my speech just now, mainly two surprises. I think it is still not easy to go all the way in the past two years. In our industry, whether it is to evaluate the company, to evaluate the work or to judge the individual, the awards are quite a lot. This year's award-winning concept has changed the way of the past. It is based on a public welfare nature. It is based on this point of view to evaluate design institutions, designers and design works. From this point of view, it is actually recognized by all our designers.

We are now appraising awards. Designers often feel that the taste of business operations is too strong. The Golden Church Awards are the ones that have been promoted. For the society, it has a good driving force for the development of the industry. The second one I think of its selection method also broke the actions of some of our previous guilds, not only experts from all over the country, but also experts from all over the world. In addition to the experts in other industries outside our design industry, I think that the award-winning works that it has produced can truly represent some of the better works in the industry. Therefore, I also want to appeal through this, and look forward to the establishment of our Golden Church Awards for several years to become a more authoritative game in our industry.

[Reporter]: What kind of expectations do you have for the final selection of such a Golden Hall Award this year?

[Shen Lidong]: Because I felt that I have achieved certain results in the selection of the Golden Church Award last year, it is actually a bit difficult for the jury. As you just said, our designers and friends are also looking forward to our 2012 Golden Hall Awards. Just now, the organizing committee talked about the changes in the awards. The concept that was passed to the next session in the previous session has its continuity. In fact, I am more looking forward to its selection results. The works he selected are the ones that our design community expects together. Is it an excellent work? Is it possible that the selected characters are the benchmarks for the entire interior design industry? Including his design agency, I also think that it has a certain influence in our industry?

The role of benchmarking tends to push the industry to a higher level and standardization, so I am looking forward to the results of the selection. I am not looking at other fairness and injustice, just to see if his selection results are expected, or that they are excellent.

[Reporter]: What was the result of last year?

[Shen Lidong]: I think the results last year are still good overall. Of course, I know that there may be some works or some institutions, including people, which are not the best in them. There is no way to do this, because the judges themselves are different. I hope that the results of the evaluation will be more and more synchronized with the recognition of all our designers. Especially if they are consistent, they will get better and better.

[Reporter]: The Golden Church Award has been hailed as the Oscar of China's interior design industry, and it is said to be the most authoritative designer contest. Do you agree with this?
