ISO 14644 classifies the cleanliness of cleanrooms (zones) and associated controlled environments based on the only indicator of suspended particle concentration, and only considers the cumulative distribution of particle size limits (lower limits) in the range of 0.1um to 5.0um. Particle swarm.
According to the particle diameter, it can be divided into conventional particles (0.1um to 5.0um), ultrafine particles (<0.1um), and macro particles (>5.0um).
Air cleanliness grading standard: ISO14644-1 (international standard)
Air cleanliness level (N)
