1. The ink should be fully stirred before use, and the can lid should be closed in time to avoid direct sunlight.
2. Before printing, the grease and dust on the surface of the printing material must be removed to ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean.
3. It is forbidden to mix with other types of ink.
4. UV ink has certain irritation, please use personal protection when using it to avoid contact with the skin. After accidental contact, please wash it with soapy water immediately. If you feel unwell, please consult a doctor in time.
5. Light source conditions: UV lamp power needs 5 to 6 kilowatts (two or more is best).
6. Net screen mesh: 350 ～ 420 meshes (do not use screen mesh below 350 mesh).
7. Printing film thickness: 10 ～ 15um.
8. Squeegee hardness: 70 to 85 degrees, the printing angle of the scraper is 60 degrees.
9. Solvent: Adding 3% to 8% of special thinner in an appropriate amount is conducive to smooth ink and not easy to grow hair.
10. When the air temperature and humidity are too high or too low, mass production should be tested before batch printing, and then mass production should be ensured; the printing workshop should be clean, and the surface effect and adhesion of UV inks should be avoided due to excessive dust.
