CCM005 cap compression machine

SCMMI's caps and PET department introduced the latest cap compression machine, CCM005. In recent years, 64-cavity CCM002 and 32-cavity CCM003 bottle cap presses are quite popular, and CCM005 is a new member of the CCM family. The CCM005 employs a large number of advanced technologies. The device is equipped with 48 cavities and can produce caps with a maximum diameter of 33mm. The production speed is up to 1200/min and the cycle time is only 2.4 seconds. In addition, CCM005 also responded promptly on the HDPE single-chip cover market. The CCM005 can be equipped with a mould for the production of S9 monolithic HDPE, 1.9 g caps and a diameter of 30 mm, which can be matched with the latest 12-head TVC101, a ring cutter with a speed of up to 1600 caps per minute.
