A large steam explosion blasting pulper obtained national patent

The large-scale steam explosion jet pulping machine invented by Li Bengang, chairman of Henan Longyang Straw Utilization Co., Ltd., was recently awarded a national patent.

As tested by the Environmental Protection Research Institute of the Yellow River Water Resources Protection Bureau, the pulping process is discharged without any three wastes, no black liquor, and the washing wastewater is COD 667 mg/l, the pH value is neutral, and there is a large amount of black liquor and COD (70000 mg/ L—100000mg/l) Compared with alkaline pH, reducing pollution by more than 95%; producing 1 ton of high-strength corrugated paper requires 30 tons of fresh water, saving freshwater 4/5 compared to the traditional method using freshwater from 150 to 200 tons; The slurry rate is 75%. Compared with the traditional method, the ton paper can save 30% of the straw; the ton paper uses 280 kWh of power, saving 30% compared with the traditional method requiring 400 kWh. From the above data, it can be seen that to build a high-strength corrugated paper mill with an annual output of 10,000 tons, if this technology is used, the pulping part will only need several hundred thousand yuan, which greatly reduces the cost.

Experts from Henan Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau believe that this project can completely solve the problem of difficult black liquor processing and its impact on surface water compared with traditional pulping methods. In addition, the project can consume a large amount of straw each year, which can provide a strong guarantee for the environmental protection of local rural areas and farmers' wealth.
