♦ Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
♦ Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
♦ Q: How about the terms of payment?
A: T/T and L/C at sight are offered;
♦ Q: How long is the sample lead time? 
A: For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
♦ Q: How long is the production lead time? 
A: It takes 20-25 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
♦ Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? 
A: We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique
