The first is to shoot positive images with originals. When shooting, you should put the axicon in front of the lens so that the film you shoot is a positive image. Just as the negative film on the plate is a reverse image, the printed material can be positive. After the film has been washed and dried, it must be manually retouched to make an original plate that can be used for printing.

The second step is to prepare the glass plate. The glass plate needs to be directly printed, and its thickness is between 6-10mm, and it needs to be ground with corundum so that the glass plane will produce fine sand. After washing with water or hydrazine solution to remove impurities, the disintegrator is coated on the glass plate. Sodium silicate is added to increase the viscous resistance of the glass plate facing the photosensitive layer.

The third step is to coat the prepared glass plate with a sensitized gelatin chromium salt. The coating of the photosensitive liquid must be uniform, then baked in an oven and dried.

The fourth step is the printing, the positive film and the photographic plate will be taken close to the printing machine, vacuum exposure, so that the photosensitive film on the photosensitive film due to the different depth of the film and produce different degrees of hardening. After that, it is put into the developing tank for development, and the unhardened film is dissolved to form irregular wrinkles. After drying, you can print on the machine.
